The level responsiveness and expertise is at a level far above any of the competition. Our sale was challenging due to a lender on the buyer’s side totally dropping the ball and creating unnecessary extensions to our contract.

She made us feel like we were her only clients and she was always there for us…days, nights and weekends. We wanted our house deep cleaned after closing and Kasey helped us find a housekeeper and even met with the company prior to closing to allow them to give us a quote on the job. She offered to do this without hesitation and was happy to do it. Even after closing Kasey has continued to help us. My mother's house sale wasn't a typical case having many issues. She even helped clean up the site as my mother and I reside it Arizona, which made it difficult to visit the house throughout the sale. Kasey overcame many hurdles and was very communicative throughout the entire process.
When I initially visited the site, I had contacted her for insight on putting the home up for sale. After seeing the disaster, she was still more than willing to take on the challenge. We successfully closed one week before foreclosure. Great job Kasey!
